A Billion People Want to Loose Weight

You see, to solve any problem, you first have to identify the underlying reason causing it – and then address it head on.

Simply put, you get hungry, you have cravings, and you give in. That’s it.

Sure, we can try to overcomplicate it, but the truth is this: as a nation we regularly eat more calories than we burn, and it’s those pesky cravings at the cause. Its hard to eat good if you are in a hurry or have no patience. Face it, we are spoiled and at every turn there is a quick tasty high calorie fix!!

You see, we all start diets with the best intentions, but by mid-day on the very first day our stomachs are growling and we reach for something to satisfy the craving. And it happens again... and again... and again... until eventually we give up and loose hope. Why torture ourselves hour after hour only to see the scale stay the same day after day?

On the other hand, if we could somehow keep our stomachs satisfied and feeling full, it’d be incredibly easy to eat less and lose flab... after all, it’s not hard to eat fewer calories when you’re not hungry, right?

Well, I’ve got good news... scratch that, GREAT news…

  • Are you stressed?
  • Do you sleep enough?
  • Are you working out?
  • Are you drinking enough water?

Here is how I lost 14 pounds in 4 weeks:

1st - No more food in boxes or plastic sacks, no starches or sugars in the house or in me. Eat protien and your veggies and you can even enjoy a piece of bacon with your eggs once in a while……..

2nd- Get 6+ hours of sleep

3rd- Fast food is not on the plan

4th -Drink water and then more water and when you get tired of drinking water have a coffee

Why did this work….. because you are actually eating what your body wants, and you perform better when you are hydrated. You can do it too!!!
